Is Canva down?
Canva is an online design tool for graphics, presentations and social posts.
Are other people having problems with Canva?
What is going wrong?
Reports are anonymous and unverified, and each visitor can report once every 30 minutes. They show how many people say they are affected, not why.
If Canva is not loading for you
- Check the service’s official status page first. Most business tools publish one with a history of incidents.
- If only one feature fails, such as uploads or notifications, it may be a partial outage rather than the whole service.
- Test from a different network. Company firewalls and VPNs can block these services.
- Sign out and back in, and refresh your browser cache with Ctrl+F5.
- If your own website uses the service, check the integration’s API keys and recent changes before blaming the provider.

Questions about Canva
Is Canva down right now?
Look at the live status box at the top of this page. It shows the result of our latest automatic check of canva.com, repeated every few minutes. If it says the site is up but things still fail for you, the problem is probably on your side or limited to one feature or region.
Why is Canva not working for me when it works for others?
A site can fail for some people and not others because of DNS caching, regional servers, your internet provider, a firewall or VPN, or a problem with your device or app. Our guide on why a website can be down for some people and not others explains how to tell which one it is.
How do I report a problem with Canva?
Use the report buttons on this page and choose what is going wrong. Reports are anonymous and unverified, and each visitor can report once every 30 minutes. They are shown as a chart so you can see whether other people are having the same problem.
How does siteupdown.com check Canva?
Our server loads canva.com every few minutes, the way a browser would, and records the response code and how long it took. A site is only called down after two server errors in a row. Our page on how the checks work has the details.
